Make phone calls! Request that Anita Hoge's Rense Radio interview (click HERE to listen) on Friday night be played before the Committee in lieu of her testifying in person. Below is a summary of what you can say:


Point out to your elected officials in Congress and the Senate that as far as we longtime education researchers know, not one single representative of American parents, traditional academic teachers, and/or taxpayers has been called or allowed to testify at these extremely important hearings which will determine whether our nation will remain a free Republic or become a totalitarian state.

Weren't parents and taxpayers excluded from ObamaCare as well? This ESEA bill is the equivalent of ObamaCare, but far worse since, if it passes, it is the end of freedom in the USA. It will result in lifelong womb-to-tomb government control using Skinnerian behavior modification for values change and for global workforce training. All of this due to tax-funded school "choice" (the death of private education), and charter schools with no elected boards, necessary for global workforce training.

We citizens of the United States were mislead into believing the hearings on the Alexander Reauthorization of ESEA were not to commence until late March, 2015!

We education researchers, representing parents and taxpayers, found out from a Democrat Senator's staff person (a point person for her Senator on this legislation) that the ESEA hearings were taking place now and would be completed this coming Monday, February 2, 2015!

She said, verbatim, "I have never seen a bill being rushed through so fast: lightning speed."

In other words: fast tracked!

Why, we ask?

For the above reasons of concern I call upon Senators and Representatives to take time to play the Anita Hoge radio interview before the Committee on the last day of the hearings, Monday, February 2, 2015. And to make it part of the Congressional Record.

WE WILL CONSIDER THE COMMITTEE'S AGREEMENT TO PLAY THIS RADIO INTERVIEW BEFORE THE COMMITTEE EQUIVALENT TO ANITA HOGE TESTIFYING IN PERSON BEFORE THIS COMMITTEE.

Tell them that you look forward to finding out during the upcoming radio interview that Ms. Hoge's January 30th radio interview was in fact included in the testimony related to the Reauthorization of ESEA and that it will be made part of the Congressional Hearings and published (included) in the Congressional Record.

What Does ObamaCare Have to Do With the ESEA Reauthorization?

How many Americans hate ObamaCare? Why do Americans HATE ObamaCare?

We have socialized medicine now. Do you want to nationalize education?

In many of my articles I have made the comment, ObamaCare mandates to the individual, the individual mandate. What does that mean and how does that effect education? Why did I connect what happened in ObamaCare to education?

The federal individual mandate in ObamaCare forces you, as an individual, to pay for government health insurance. Un-Constitutional as that sounds, the Supreme Court ruled that this was a tax, not a mandate from the government. Many states filed against this unconstitutional event.

We lost.

How does this PRECEDENT effect what the Reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) is trying to do? (Now called the Every Child Ready for College or Career Act of 2015 sponsored by Sen. Lamar Alexander and on being rushed through on an incredibly fast track in Washington.)

The ObamaCare mandate set the PRECEDENT that now allows the ESEA REAUTHORIZATION to MANDATE the Common Core to the individual child. And with this in place, it will then MANDATE that federal TITLE I funds to "FOLLOW THE CHILD. And with this in place, it forces interventions on YOUR INDIVIDUAL CHILD. 

This gives the federal government the precedent that they need to NATIONALIZE EDUCATION. There will be no parental recourse, nor state or local government recourse, to change what the government will mandate.

This precedent bypasses both local control and state control. Once ESEA is legislated, this precedent gives Obama and U.S. Secretary of Education Duncan authority to do whatever they want in education. The federal government will have total control.

That stance irked Idaho Superintendent Tom Luna, who told Duncan he would have a big problem if the federal department went directly to districts to work on waivers and didn't join hands with states on the issue. "It's an affront to states rights," Luna told Duncan.
Duncan tried to defuse the argument, saying that it was not his intention to do an end-run around states if district waivers were granted. But Luna, who was elected in 2006 on the Republican ticket, kept hammering away, saying that states had a constitutional right and responsibility to oversee their districts and not let the federal government intervene in such cases.

STATES RIGHTS!  STATES RIGHTS!  STATES RIGHTS!

Please look at my graph again. Common Core, Title I, and IDEA funds that go directly to the child is A STATES RIGHTS ISSUE, JUST LIKE OBAMACARE. The funds and the mandate bypass the local district and the state to mandate to the individual child.


If you hate ObamaCare.....YOU WILL HATE  THE REAUTHORIZATION OF ESEA.

The ESEA Reauthorization will NATIONALIZE EDUCATION. 

NO LOCAL CONTROL. NO STATE AUTHORITY.  

And if federal "Choice" is allowed to stay in this bill, your neighborhood public school is GONE, TOO, along with EVERY PRIVATE AND RELIGIOUS SCHOOL.

ACTION PLAN: THESE ARE YOUR ISSUES

STOP COMMON CORE and this federal ESEA LEGISLATION


  Access The Common Core Standards are not federal law, yet. This is the weakest link. Stop Common Core in your state and the federal government will not have the legal authority to mandate to your individual child for tracking an iep, or an individual career workforce plan and funding, Title I, identified for your child. Remember a standards-based system means individual students must meet individual standards. We want Academics and the Carnegie Unit. 

  Funding By stopping or slowing down the Reauthorization of ESEA, the federal government cannot fund the individual student to Common Core, which is linked to so-called "CHOICE" at any private, public or charter school. This legislation will diminish representative government and feed the charter school socialist take-over of education, i.e., nationalizing education. Stop Lamar Alexander's Reauthorization of ESEA bill which makes all schools government schools. This is what they mean by "choice." This legislation, if passed, will demolish our Republic and representative government. This "Choice" and Charter Schools will abolish representative government in the United States!!!  TARGET THIS BILL! CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSMAN and SENATOR.  

  States Rights Title I funding 'following the child" bypasses the state legislature. Does your state legislature truly understand that they will have NO power once these "CHOICE" funds are directed to the individual child?  They will have no control of the purse strings! Stop the Re-Authorization of ESEA.  CONTACT YOUR STATE LEGISLATORS.

  Local Control Common Core Standards control the workforce curriculum bypassing local school boards and teachers in the classroom. "Choice" diminishes control over local taxing authority when funding goes directly to the student. Common Core and "Choice" create the perfect storm for the socialist takeover via Charter Schools that have no elected school boards. Parents will have no voice in workforce curriculum. The tax base will be destroyed with "Choice" stipends exploding across district, county & state lines. FIGHT FOR LOCAL CONTROL! STOP "CHOICE" AND CHARTER SCHOOL EXPANSION. 

  Privacy FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) must be challenged for allowing the corporations to access our kids' personally identifiable information without informed consent. Who has access to those written agreements? This access is how these corporations, foundations, non-profits, and  businesses that have gone into contract with the government are developing software and curriculum for INDIVIDUAL students to meet Common Core international workforce standards.  This digital curriculum will be the small letter iep career pathway, or personal opportunity plans that will control a students' upward mobility and learning genome. PROTECT OUR PRIVACY.


Access, Funding, Local Control, States Rights and Privacy are the Debate Issues.

"Choice" in ESEA will cause your state and local tax base to implode.

Charter Schools-are the socialist plan for a CORPORATEPUBLIC/PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP SYSTEM TAKEOVER.

It was under President Reagan's Secretary of Education, the late T. H. Bell, that this disaster was institutionalized as part of A NATION AT RISK. William Spady led the charge across the country, being in charge of the first experiment in Utah "to put OBE into all schools of the nation." In 1984 Secretary T.H. Bell approved a grant in the amount of $152,530 to the Far West Laboratory for Educational Research and Development (now known as Ed West) at which William Spady was the director. This grant was to carry out a project entitled “Excellence in Instructional Delivery Systems.” The cover letter from the Utah superintendent of schools to Secretary T.H. Bell to which the application for grant funding was attached said, “This [the research as a result of the grant] will make it possible to put Outcome-Based Education in place, not only in Utah, but in all schools of the nation.” The final report (evaluation) to the U.S. Department of Education regarding the results of this project stated:
The four models of instructional organization outlined in this casebook are difficult programs to implement. The practices of the ten schools described in the case studies are indeed commendable. Yet we do not offer these ten case studies as “exemplary schools” deserving emulation.

So, what did the change agents do? They put OBE “into every school in the nation.” Such misuse of taxpayer dollars is waste, fraud, and abuse which cries out for a Congressional investigation. They must control all education in order to accomplish their lifelong global workforce training agenda. The reason they are going after public education is due to the fact that we still have elected local school boards, accountable directly to voters and parents. This is a major obstacle to their changing over our education system from an academic focus to a performance-based workforce training focus -- with full implementation of a womb-to-tomb system of control of all Americans.

Charlotte and our researchers have found that Lamar Alexander's Reauthorization of ESEA is not only on a fast track, but on a “lightening speed” (committee’s own words) track to be brought to the floor for a vote. We were told the end of March, but that has all changed.  I believe that the information that we are giving out in Press Releases, letters, and at Charlotte's blog have heightened this process. We know what they are doing, and we know how they are going to do it!

I have been writing about this issue for years. We have fought this battle on the local, state, and federal level. I have contacted many of you on a personal level to help you dig out from under this pile of garbage that is being fed to our country... the propaganda on Common Core, Tax-Funded School Choice, and Charter Schools with unelected boards.

Our children are on the battlefield and the enemy is mowing them down and the walls are closing in. 

Our warnings have gone unheeded. If you go to any one of my articles at NewsWith Views or the written documents in Global Road to Ruinthrough Education (disc #8) that I have shared with all of you, EVERY single issue that I have pointed out states that education will be used for the destruction of our country. (Included in my bio is a list of articles written about the destruction of this country and our children through education.) The Reauthorization of ESEA is the one culminating piece of legislation that will put it all together.

This article was written right after the Republican House passed the ESEA Reauthorization (HR 5) with flying colors, without much debate. It included amendments from "loyal comrade" Republicans who wanted choice monies to 'follow the child.' That was almost 18 months ago.

SB 1094 was the Senate version of removing representative government, although it was Senator Reid who held up the vote even though it was out of committee. In order to get everything passed, in order to destroy this country,  the Republican House had to bring this legislation forward, after which the Republican Senate would allow this legislation to breeze through Congress without much debate or controversy. The big compromise was to combine both bills into one.... the finished product is Alexander's Reauthorization of ESEA, 2015, amending No Child Left Behind. 

Please study this graph below that shows how Alexander's ESEA Reauthorization bypasses representative government and mandates to the individual child (YOUR CHILD OR GRANDCHILD) via Common Core, Title I and IDEA, Individuals With Disabilities Education Act. This funding and these mandates bypass local government and state government. Not an easy pill to swallow once you understand that your taxes are paying for the destruction of this country and the brainwashing of our children.

The ESEA Reauthorization and the NCES Contracts with each state (the state longitudinal data systems I exposed in December HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE) to monitor your children has so many sections for tracking and psychoanalyzing, and interventions of your children that I must list some of them again:

  • Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, PBIS
  • Functional Behavioral Assessments
  • Response to Interventions, RTI
  • Multi-Tiered System of Supports, MTSS
  • Specialized Student Support, SSS
  • Student Assistance Programs, SAP
  • Individuals With Disabilities Education Act, IDEA
  • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
  • Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services
  • Mental Health Wrap Around Services
  • 21st Century Community Hub Schools
  • Promise Neighborhoods, Promise Schools
  • NCES Exposure of the National ID- My Christmas Gift to the Nation
  • NAEP/NCES data collection creating the census- National ID of ALL CHILDREN as Title I
  • Exposure of FERPA-data trafficking our personally Identifiable information.
  • Title I following the child
  • Choice funds (Title I) for all private and religious schools
  • Expansion of charter school with no elected boards
  • Destruction of local neighborhood schools and Representative government usurping your vote, your voice through an un-elected board, and your taxes that are drawn further away from the local level to a regional investment workforce board, or to the state.


Let me remind everyone, that this is exactly what our Founding Fathers were fighting (Taxing the new colonies from afar without representation).  This was the cause of the Revolutionary War.  It is time for a renewed Revolution.  If not now, when?

Let it be today!

Everyone must storm Washington D.C. with emails and phone calls. We cannot allow the passage of a bill that could do so much damage to this country in one fell swoop. 

Our activism must double and triple everyday, to save the Republic.
 
Your children and grandchildren will have no future in this planned economy. 

Say fervent prayers for our nation to survive.
